Frank “Dee” Donnelly – Builder

Frank ‘Dee’ Donnelly coached St. Bon’s senior hockey team from 1933 to 1951 and during that period the club won 15 Boyle Trophy championships in St. John’s and added seven provincial senior hockey titles. He also compiled an outstanding record as a coach in baseball, leading St. Bon’s to four St. John’s championships and the St. John’s All-Stars to three provincial titles. Mr. Donnelly served as president of the St. John’s Senior Hockey from 1955 to 1958.
