Each Year Sport Newfoundland and Labrador recognizes sporting accomplishments and contributions through the Annual Awards Program. Starting with the 2024 Annual Awards, honors will be presented in nine (9) returning categories, including Senior Male and Female Athlete of the Year, Junior Male and Female Athlete of the Year, Male and Female Coach of the Year, Executive of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and Official of the Year. Additionally, six (6) new categories will be introduced, including Senior Male and Female Team of the Year, Youth Male and Female Team of the Year, Rising Star Coach of the Year, and Junior Official of the Year.
Please note that nominations are to be put forward by Provincial Sport Organizations only. If you would like to suggest a nominee for your sport, please contact your Provincial Sport Organization to discuss.
