About  Sport for Life

General Information

Sport for Life is a movement to increase sport’s contribution in Canadian society recognizing sport as an important part of everyone’s life by promoting each child’s healthy and logical development in a sport or physical activity. The Sport for Life model has streams for both the serious competitive athlete looking to play sport at the highest levels as well as the everyday sport enthusiast who prefers sport for the exercise and the fun of it!
