Frank Humber – Director
Frank Humber holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wake Forest University and a Master’s Degree in Education Leadership. Frank has been a director with SportNL for four (4) years.
Frank has successfully brought a strong connection to the sports community through his sport experience as a player and organizer. He played in the ‘87 Pan Am Games, the ‘88 Olympics in Seoul, and played professional baseball for two (2) years in the Los Angeles Dodgers Baseball organization. He has also been involved in almost every aspect of the Canada Games, having been the Sport and Operations Manager for the 1999 Games in Corner Brook, a member of Team NL mission staff, and assistant Chef de Mission for the last three Canada Games. He has also coached in two Canada Games.
Frank continues to coach baseball and grade 6 basketball. He is experimenting with pickleball and fancies himself a golfer! He serves as director of field operations as a member of the Corner Brook Baseball Association when not at his job as a school principal.
